Speedotron – “Force 10 Monolight” a self-contained, intelligent stobelight flash unit
This view reveals unique design feauures of the Force 10 monolight:
– Housing’s unique fastener design serves dual purpose of interlocking additional monolights together to create large lighting banks.
– Extruded aluminium fan housing was key in thermal management design.
– Swiss contact pins of the flash tube assembly are self cleaning.
– Housing halves are identical including the threaded head design for a ‘red’ adapter ring (not shown) that permits attchment of the legacy 50 year old line of accesories.
– Threaded design provides for adjustment of the focal point of the light.
